I was so so excited to be invited to photograph this wedding. Mia’s Sister is one of my best friends and a bridesmaid at the wedding so knew I was in for a treat. I travelled down to St Ives the evening before the wedding to avoid any scary traffic situations in the morning, which meant I was there from the moment the girls all woke up. I totally felt part of the day from the moment the make up was being applied. The house that they had hired for getting ready was just stunning with glass doors all around looking straight out over the sea.
Mias Dress was gorgeous and as the weather was so nice she actually got ready out on the balcony with the views all around. I loved the dressing gown photos on the balcony before getting her ready!
Once we were at the venue the sun decided to come out and made the whole day feel like a glorious summers day abroad! The sea was so blue that it real did feel like we were on holiday. We were able to head down onto the beach for some really fun images and some of my favourites ever. You definitely cant beat a good beach wedding!
