Jess and Dan || Sudeley Castle Wedding || Gloucestershire Wedding Photography

26 May 2016

Where do I even start with this wedding except wow! What a beautiful venue and a beautiful day!

This wedding actually came to me through one of my close friends who was a bridesmaid on the day. She was so excited describing it to me that I already wanted it before speaking to Jess. The castle setting was the most perfect backdrop set amongst 10 award winning gardens with pheasants roaming the grounds.

Jess and Dan opted for a ceremony for just close family and friends to be held in one of the smaller rooms within the castle, before having a religious ceremony in the 15th century church, set within the grounds itself. I absolutely loved both parts and loved the confetti shot coming out of the church. The rest of the day was a very relaxed affair. People were eating and drinking out on the lawn, the pheasants were wandering around without a care in the world. It was such a beautiful hot summers day that everybody was just so relaxed. And this feeling carried on right through to the evening!

Thank you for letting me share this special day!
